Cody Spell helps children practise spelling and phonics through word tests, voice playback and progress tracking. It is designed for educational use by children aged 5-11, with adult supervision.
We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee every word or pronunciation is error-free.
We collect minimal data (such as email and scores) to operate the App securely. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
All software, text, images, audio and design are owned by Skyriver Limited or its licensors. You may not reuse content without written permission.
The App may use trusted third-party services (such as speech or hosting providers). These providers may process limited data under their own privacy policies.
We may update, improve or discontinue features at any time. You will be notified of major updates that affect your account.
The App is provided "as is" for learning purposes. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the English courts.
